CoastalEdge Real Estate, LLC (“CoastalEdge,” “we,” “us”) is an independently owned real estate brokerage in Southwest Florida. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you use a form on this site — a contact request, a home valuation request, an agent interview request, or a market report signup — we collect what you type into it. Depending on the form, that can include your name, phone number, email address, a property address, your current brokerage and license status, and any message you write.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our server records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use it to keep the site secure and working. If analytics are enabled, we also use Google Analytics to understand in aggregate how the site is used; Google may set cookies for this purpose.

How we use it

• To respond to you and provide the real estate services you asked about.
• To send the market reports or listing updates you signed up for.
• To schedule and prepare for interviews you request.
• To protect the site against spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who sees it

Form submissions are delivered by email to the brokerage and stored in this website’s database, where they are visible only to authorized CoastalEdge staff. Your request may be passed to the CoastalEdge agent best placed to help you. We use service providers to run the site — including our web host, and Google for fonts and, where enabled, analytics — and those providers process technical data such as your IP address as part of delivering their service.

Property listings

When listing search is available on this site, listing data is supplied under license from the Royal Palm Coast REALTOR® Association multiple listing service and may be delivered through a third-party listing-search provider. If you create an account or save a search, that provider may process the information you submit under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

This site does not require cookies to browse. Cookies may be set if analytics are enabled, and are set for staff who log in. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to serve you and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to a licensed Florida real estate brokerage. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

• Ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
• Unsubscribe from market reports or other email at any time by replying to the email or contacting us.
• Opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Links to other sites

This site links to agents’ personal websites, social media, and map services. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date above.
